Designed for small-pipe ultrasonic meters, liquid-flow sensors and sealed measurement modules, these custom-molded components combine functional geometry with production-ready part design. The design review covers the interfaces that control positioning, fastening, sealing, user contact and service access.

During DFM and mold development, particular attention is given to accurate acoustic-path and sensor positioning, smooth, consistent internal flow channels, and reliable sealing and protected electronic interfaces. Material options include PBT, PPS, PA, PC/ABS and other engineering resins selected for sealing, electronics protection and fluid compatibility. Final resin selection is confirmed against the customer’s functional, appearance, compliance and cost requirements.
