JingZhan supports custom optical injection-moulding projects covering lens components, transparent covers, optical supports and related housings. The work begins with approved customer data and connects tooling, trial samples, inspection and repeat part supply. Pictured components are examples of different geometries, not a single standard specification. التصميم والتصنيع المواصفات الفنية الإنتاج والتوريد المتكرر The manufacturing route can combine Makino and other listed CNC centres, Sodick/Makino EDM, mirror-polishing equipment and injection moulding. Listed presses include Nissei 50–100 T, Chen Hsong 128–260 T and Haitian 500 T options. Engineering selects the actual machine and inspection method for each tool; optical-test resources are agreed separately. For ongoing OEM supply, agree the drawing revision, resin, accepted samples, inspection plan and packing before release. Annual demand informs tooling and procurement; shipment size and requested dates determine each batch. Tool maintenance, spare inserts and changes affecting the approved part should be reviewed as part of the supply arrangement. Tooling investment is quoted separately from the piece price.
