JingZhan develops dedicated moulds and custom injection-moulded components for medical-equipment and laboratory projects. The supply route connects DFM, tool trials, dimensional inspection and repeat production. Separate tooling investment from piece price and define the approval steps before series release. Annual demand informs cavity count and procurement, while release quantities determine each batch. Agree tool maintenance, material-change review, lot records and the response to nonconforming parts as part of the ongoing supply plan. Tooling investment is quoted separately from the piece price.
