Custom Industrial Measuring Instrument Enclosures

These industrial measuring instrument enclosures are engineered for meters, detectors, measurement panels and portable instrument assemblies, from early DFM review through repeat production. CAD geometry is evaluated together with mating parts and production volume so the mold supports both validation and repeat manufacturing.

During DFM and mold development, particular attention is given to accurate windows and control openings, stable alignment of displays and sensors, and protective housings with clean operator-facing surfaces. Material options include PA, POM, PP, ABS, PC/ABS, TPE and reinforced engineering resins selected for the operating load. Final resin selection is confirmed against the customer’s functional, appearance, compliance and cost requirements.
